Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, phone), appointment and billing information, and — with your consent — clinical notes maintained by your treating clinician.
How we use it
To schedule and confirm appointments, process payments, send appointment reminders, and comply with legal and clinical record-keeping requirements.
Sharing your information
We share information only with your insurance provider (for billing, if applicable) and as required by law. We never sell client information.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where legally permitted. Email privacy@hearththerapy.com to make a request.
Data retention
Administrative records are retained for 7 years per state licensing requirements. Clinical records follow the retention schedule required by your clinician’s licensing board.
