Acceptance of terms
By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
Using our services
Hearth provides therapy services to adults located in the state of Colorado. You must provide accurate information during intake and billing.
Appointments & cancellations
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows are billed at the full session rate.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in writing with your clinician.
Confidentiality
What you share in session is confidential, with standard legal exceptions (risk of serious harm, or abuse of a minor or elder) as explained in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
While our clinicians are licensed and experienced, therapy outcomes vary and we cannot guarantee specific results.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally; continued use of our services after a change means you accept the update.
